4 Tbs butter
4 cups (8 oz) Brookshire’s Mini Marshmallows
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
8 drops Adams Extract® Green Food Color
5 cups Rice Krispies® Cereal
3/4 cup Brookshire’s Happy Shapes Marshmallows
Directions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Gradually add mini marshmallows. Stir constantly until completely melted. Add vanilla and food coloring until it reaches desired color. Mix well. Remove from heat. Stir in the cereal. Once mixture is mostly combined, stir in the other marshmallows.
- Using a buttered spatula, press mixture into 13 x 9 pan coated with cooking spray. Let cool. Cut into 2-inch squares.
